I ordered two vinyl records. One for a friend, one for myself. I only received one but charged for two, plus $10 shipping.
Shipping was ridiculously slow. I ordered a record from them and a couple other places online. My other orders came in before they even processed mine. They gave excuses about blizzards and COVID completely aloof to the idea that other places are dealing with the same issues, with smaller staff, and manage to get orders filled in time. Just simply disrespectful to their consumers.
